My friend was over at the time and as soon as he went out to the van to get something, her first comment was, “Wow, he is so polite!”. He exudes a peaceful and kind personality, and I felt very confident in his skill set. The job looks very well done (installing a new hose tap)! It can sometimes feel uncomfortable having strangers in your house to perform work. This has never been the case with Safari. They are a delight to work with.

Bill is very conscientious and ensures he does a quality job. I'm used to doing my own home maintenance but because of health issues I now have to get this type of work done by outside contractors. And he made sure I understood the costs and asked permission before he started. We tried the first option, it worked, and we didn't have to go further!
