Bill is very conscientious and ensures he does a quality job. I'm used to doing my own home maintenance but because of health issues I now have to get this type of work done by outside contractors. And he made sure I understood the costs and asked permission before he started. We tried the first option, it worked, and we didn't have to go further! I also was very impressed with the person answering the phones ( I forget her name). She answered quickly explained everything, gave all the time slots available, and explained up front about the house call charge.
