 What is BioSmart?
BioSmartTM, a natural biological drain line, septic, and grease trap maintainer is available in liquid or powder formulations, and performs without harmful chemicals or additives. BioSmartTM will keep systems clean and free-flowing by unleashing naturally occurring bacteria that thrive on the grease, oil, and stubborn organics found in every wastwater system.
Daily use of household and commercial strength chemicals and detergents destroy the natural population of friendly bacteria that every wastewater system relies on to reduce oily and organic components. BioSmartTM safely, effectively, and economically eliminates the resulting organic buildup by replenishing friendly bacteria in the wastewater environment, eliminating the constant greasy slime buildup and odourous residue.
BioSmartTM can be safely used in all septic systems, cesspools, leach and drain fields, grease traps, vehicle holding tanks, boat bilges, and all drain lines - sinks, toilets, urinals, tubs, showers, floors, and garbage disposals. BioSmartTM, unlike dangerous drain cleaning chemicals, is safe for both human handling and the environment.
BioSmartTM is designed to work in conjunction with professional plumbing and septic system maintenance. BioSmartTM will not clear a completely clogged system, repair broken pipes and mechanical defects, or degrade inorganic materials. BioSmartTM will maintain free-flowing systems and remedy sluggish systems.
BioSmartTM Liquid is available in 64 ounce residential size bottles and 2.5 gallon commercial containers.

BioSmart's friendly bacteria eat away at greasy slime buildup and odorous residue, leaving your pipes and wastewater systems in top condition all year round when applied on a routine basis. It's safe for both human handling and the environment.
Directions For Use
For best results, apply BioSmartTM Liquid and Powder formulations during times of minimal water usage.
Residential Applications
Preventive Maintenance: Use 1/2 capful of BioSmartTM Liquid, or mix 1 level scoop of BioSmartTM Powder in 1 pint of warm water. Treat drains monthly for optimal results.
Slow Drains: Use 1/2 capful of BioSmartTM Liquid, or mix 1 level scoop of BioSmartTM Powder in 1 pint of warm water. Apply each day for 5 days or until drain flows freely.
Septic Systems: Flush 1 quart of BioSmartTM Liquid down the toilet immediately after pumping or mix one container of BioSmartTM Powder with 2 gallons of warm water and add directly to the septic or flush down toilet.
Commercial Applications
Preventive Maintenance: Add 1 capful of BioSmartTM Liquid per week directly to drain.
Slow Drains: Add 1 capful of BioSmartTM Liquid directly to drain for 5 consecutive days or until drain flows freely.
Grease Traps: Apply 1 gallon of BioSmartTM Liquid per month directly to grease trap.
